Lousy anterior talofibular ligament

I sprained my left ankle yesterday while walking to my car from a store. Just like the last time I blew out my other ankle, I stepped off a curb I didn't realize was a curb and WHAM! Thankfully, this time is a lot less severe - especially since I had to drive my manual transmission car back from Coquitlam - but it still hurts like a mofo and I still can't go to work. Gah! The timing sucks because I'm so busy trying to get my clinic off the ground and I'm spending tons of money so time off isn't smart. But I guess it gives me time to sit here and work on my website.
